Meet Your Counsellor: Amanda

I help people feel supported, understood, and capable of navigating life’s ups and downs. Whether it’s managing stress, healing from past experiences, or strengthening relationships, we work together to create space for growth, clarity, and resilience.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to what matters most to you. I bring over ten years of healthcare industry experience, mental health expertise, and frontline knowledge, specializing in trauma-informed care and crisis support.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in B.C., registered with the BCACC.

“No recovery from trauma is possible without attending to issues of safety, care for the self, reparative connections to other human beings, and a renewed faith in the universe. The therapist’s job is not just to be a witness to this process but to teach the client how.”

-Dr. Janina Fisher, Clinical Psychologist
