Welcome

The world is a big place and it is a unique privilege that our paths have crossed. My name is Amanda and I offer mental health counselling services. I'm a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for all clients. I believe that every individual has the strength and resilience to overcome their challenges, and my role is to support you on that journey.

About Me
A cozy living room with a mustard yellow sofa, a decorative pillow, a laptop, a dark gray armchair with a patterned pillow, and a large fiddle leaf fig plant near a window.

Therapeutic Approaches

“No recovery from trauma is possible without attending to issues of safety, care for the self, reparative connections to other human beings, and a renewed faith in the universe. The therapist’s job is not just to be a witness to this process but to teach the client how.”

-Dr. Janina Fisher, Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Instructor at Harvard Medical School
